Pinoy Pork Chop Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2kilo Pork chop
1/2cup flour
2pcs eggs
1/4tsp garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
pinch of black pepper
Directions:
Season the pork chop with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat with flour first then deep into beaten eggs. Ready the deep fryer, preferred to cook into medium heat temperature to avoid over cooking. Perfectly cook pork chop should be crispy outside and nicely moist inside, and then serve with your favorite deep.
