Special Meatballs Recipe
My own special meatballs recipe. In this dish I've been using three kinds of spice namely; paprika, freshly crack black pepper, and garlic powder. The meat i used are combination of ground pork and ground beef and i called it the duo combo. And for garnishing yellow mango instead, because it enhances the golden brown color of the meatballs that makes more elegant and appetizing dish.
Ingredients:
1/4 ground pork
1/4 ground beef
2pcs eggs
1C flour
1pc. onions
1pc red bell pepper
pinch of garlic powder, paprika, black pepper. and salt
Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine ground meat add flour, eggs, onions, red bell pepper and the spices and the seasoning, mix it all together using spatula or even with your hands will do.
Cooking
Deep frying meat balls using just any kind of cooking oil, in a medium heat temperature you can start frying make sure you will not over cook it because you will never achieve the crispy and moist taste of this dish.When it turns golden brown in color you can now remove from the pan and place it in a kitchen towel or table napkin to remove excess oil.
