Pinoy Style Calamares Recipe


Without using any food coloring and food preservatives and additives to this you can now add extra calamares for your meal.

Before eating Calamares be aware to!

  • When Calamares has bright yellow to orange in color, were most of street foods probably they used coloring. The darker in color the more food coloring. 
  • Did you already taste calamares with taste of drugs prescription or just like syrup antibiotics?.They have preservatives to it.
  • Calamares meat to soft almost melt to your mouth they used tenderizer.


INGREDIENTS:

250g squid
1pc whole egg
3tblsp flour
3tblsp breadcrumbs
pinch of salt and black pepper to taste
(optional)-orange zest



DIRECTIONS:

1.) Clean the Squid, remove the head, peeled off the skin and cut into rings.

2.) Season squid with salt,pepper, and orange zest.

3.) Dip squid rings into flour, dredge in beaten egg, and breaded with breadcrumbs

4.) Heat up oil into deep fryer, fry squid rings until turns to golden yellow in color and prepare paper towel to remove excess oil.

5.) you can served with your favorite dip
